Cooking workshop

On Wednesday some children took part in a cooking workshop. They learnt about the different food groups and how important it is to maintain a healthy, balanced diet to include all of these. They then were taught how to cut and prepare food safely and in the end prepared two delicious dishes: spaghetti bolognese and soup followed by a raspberry smoothie. At the end of the day the parents joined their children for a scrumptious tasting session.
