English/Challenge LO: To write a speech SC1: I can use my plan to write a speech SC2: I can punctuate sentences correctly SC3: I can rehearse my speech out loud. Here is today’s tutorial. I have attached my example speech as well for you to refer to- not to copy! Keep your speech fairly short- three succinct paragraphs and a summary conclusion at the end. When you have finished writing, read it out loud to yourself a few times- think about where to pause, and how to change the tone of your voice. Try timing yourself to make sure your speech isn’t too long. If it is, can you edit it in some way?

This is where you use patterns, lines and small circles of different colours- although sometimes people do this in black pen on a white background- I have attached below two examples: This zendoodle is a rainbow, and I would like you to create your own ‘zendoodled’ rainbow to celebrate the wonderful work of the NHS! You may have made a rainbow already, but this time really think about those fine, detailed patterns! Don’t forget to put your rainbow up somewhere and take a photo. |
