The Inspire Federation
Four Elms Primary School is part of the Inspire Federation with Seal CE Primary School and Maypole Primary School. This means that we share the same vision and aspiration that children deserve the best and work closely together to develop our curriculum, teaching and values together.

The Inspire Federation Vision
The Inspire Federation will be one of opportunity for all within an environment of inclusiveness, respect and compassion.
Pupils, parents, staff and governors will be supported in developing and nurturing new skills that enable individuals to grow. Collaboration will empower us to offer the very best experiences that allow all those within it to thrive and fulfil aspirations. Through strong partnerships, we will embrace new ideas together, finding innovative ways to create an environment that endorses the very best learning so we all reach our full potential.
Governance
We share a single Governing body and work under the title The Inspire Federation with our Executive Headteacher, Mrs Elizabeth Mitchell and The Chair of Governors, Mr Paul Thompson. To find out more information about our governors, click here.
The Inspire Federation Curriculum
In the Inspire Federation teachers create learning experiences for the children based on the aims and objectives set out in the National Curriculum.

At Four Elms, Seal and Maypole, learning is something we all do. We work together to create new ideas, building our knowledge and understanding.
We have a real passion for learning and aspire to be the best we can be. This can be seen through the challenges we set ourselves and others, and our absolute grit and determination to achieve our goals.
In every lesson we know what we are learning and why. There is always a purpose for our learning which helps us understand how we can use the skills we are taught in real life.
We know where, when and how we learn best and maximise every learning opportunity to help us achieve the very best results.
As independent learners we take ownership of our education by reflecting on what we have done well and where we could achieve better. We are actively involved in making creative choices relating to our learning, and can revise and edit our work in light of our reflection.
We do not put a lid on success. Our achievement is limitless!
