Hey Class 4,

Great job on all your work so far. Sorry the video's are noisy today, it's really hard to work with builders drilling holes in your walls!

We have had the 100 lap challenge, the alphabet challenge and the Chiddingstone challenge. Anyone got any suggestions for a Class 4 challenge for next week?



L.O. To understand that % means part of a hundred.

SC1. I can show and find percentages as parts of a hundred.

SC3. I can use descriptive language techniques

Today is another update in our diary. I have added another two success criteria in for today. As well as using brackets as a form punctuation, think about what other punctuation you feel confident in using. I have uploaded the punctuation pyramid to help you (remember year 6 you are the bottom level and year 5 you are the blue layer). The second new success criteria is to add descriptive language techniques- these don't need to be saved for story writing.

I have added the word mat to help as well as my example below. Please also note my self reflections. You don't need to do these in pink and green pen, but you should still be doing it. 

Today think about adding:

- Has anything happened yet?

-How do you feel about your produce? Will it work? Why?

-What about the future?

Choosing Time

Use this time to practice what you are becoming an expert in. Or you could do a mindfulness activity such as colouring or listening to music.
