Today we are consolidating our learning from yesterday and beginning to solve more problems involving converting times.

I have not done a tutorial for today as we covered these concepts in yesterday’s tutorial. I have included yesterday’s tutorial here for you to refer back to if you need to refresh your memory. You only need to start the video from 9minutes 30 seconds as this is the part where I explain converting minutes to seconds.

Next you can choose your challenge below:

Green- converting between minutes and seconds and starting to order these.

Orange- converting between minutes and seconds, order these and calculate differences in time

Red- Converting between minutes and seconds (up to 1 d.p) and start to solve more complex word problems.

Extension: Complete the time investigation challenge below
