PE
Today I have linked a Les Mills exercise video for you to try, this incorporates a lot of the exercise styles we have done this week and some boxing. I hope you enjoy and don't forget to fill in your evaluation forms.

PE
Now we need to put together our own fitness video; using your evaluations and PE lessons we need to think about the following things:
-Will it have a sports related theme e.g. dance, football, boxing?
-How long will it be?
-Where are you going to film it?
-What warm up activities are you going to do?
-What are the exercise drills in the middle going to consist of? How long for? Are you going to time them or count how many?
-What cool down activities will you do?
I have left you an hour to practice and film your videos. Don't forget to introduce yourself and say thank you for watching.
Once you have finished your video please send it to me confirming if I have permission to post it on the school website.
Science
You have all done a fantastic job with your science this week. Today I have added one more video to explain a bit more about the intestines and their job. Once you have finished watching the video I would like you to create a poster than can tell people how they get their energy to do exercise- don't forget to talk about how it relates to our circulatory system.
